Shipping

All orders are processed within 24 hours. We offer the following method of shipping, (UPS or USPS) your choice. Choose UPS next day air and have your product within 2 days from the time you place your order at an affordable price. Item(s) to USA customers will ship 2-3 day Priority mail. Regular ground shipping takes from 3 to 12 business days, depending on your distance from us (within the Continental U.S.). International items(s) will ship Express service. Please expect a confirmation email from Doral Soccer Club. You will also receive an email with the tracking number. (We cannot be responsible for packages lost en route to our company.)

Return Policy

You must send an email with a brief explanation to returns@doralsoccerclub.com within 5 days of receiving your item(s). Doral Soccer Club will then email you a “Return Acceptance Number” (RAN). All returns must be pre-approved by Doral Soccer Club and must be accompanied by a RAN number. Doral Soccer Club must receive the item(s) within 7 business days of RAN issuance. An item(s) must be returned in the same new condition as was originally shipped by Doral Soccer Club. There must not be any signs of wear, scratches, scuffs or any markings that would indicate mishandling of the item(s). A 15% restocking fee of the sale price will apply. Shipping/Handling fees if applicable are not refunded. Postage to return the item(s) are not refundable. If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will, of course, pay the shipping costs. Returns are usually processed within 1-5 business days after they arrive at our location.
