• Referee assigning, field availability, scheduling and score reporting will be handled by the Miami-Dade Soccer League.
• All games will be played on Saturday. (Sunday games for make up only)

Disney’s Memorial Day Soccer Shootout presented by Danimals®

Come enjoy an exciting weekend at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex’s largest 3-day soccer tournament! Disney’s Memorial Day Soccer Shootout attracted more than 300 teams in 2010 That resulted in more than 500 soccer matches in just three days!

Disney’s Memorial Day Soccer Shootout includes:

• Professionally maintained fields
• Minimum 3-game guarantee in a round robin format
• Certified referees
• Athletic trainers on-site
• Ice water at each field
• Adidas game ball provided to each team
• Awards presented to 1st-4th place teams for Groups of 7 or more teams, 1st & 2nd for groups of 6 or fewer teams

In the event that an Age Division Bracket does not attain an adequate number of registered teams, the Tournament Director shall notify those registered teams as soon as possible. The teams will be given the option of playing up or receiving a full refund.

Last year’s event grew to close to 400 teams. With the tournament growing to this size we have decided to hold 2 weekends for this event. By doing this we can provide better quality control with ….better fields…easier scheduling…and an overall better experience for ALL PLAYERS, COACHES AND PARENTS!!!!

Enhanced Tournament Services
The South Florida Shoot-out has partnered with Soccer In College to enhance the services offered to participants of the tournament.

Teams entering the  South Florida Shoot-out will be grouped according to past playing record to make the most competitive divisions possible.
The South Florida Shoot-out determines final placement based on many factors when ranking teams including: league playing division and record, State Cup and tournament results, ranking services, etc. The South Florida Shoot-out has chosen the Soccer In College National Ranking system for our tournament ranking service.

10th Annual Weston Cup & Showcase
Presidents’ Day Weekend ~ February 18-20, 2012

With over 400 teams expected to participate in the 2012 Weston Cup & Showcase, apply now to avoid being left out of one the nation’s best Presidents’ Day Tournament. Competition includes Showcase, Gold, Silver, and Bronze Divisions for U9 through U18/19 Age groups.  International teams are expected from Europe, South America, and the Caribbean.

The Weston Cup & Showcase is sanctioned by Florida Youth Soccer Association (FYSA/US Youth Soccer) and US Club Soccer. Weston FC is a Nike Premier Club, as well as a member of the US Soccer Development Academy (US Soccer).

The USYS National League will take part in the Weston Cup & Showcase with 32 of top Boys U15, U16, U17, and U18 teams from across the United States.

Team trophy presented to all “Champions” and individual player trophies/medals for champions and finalists.

Teams are guaranteed three (3) matches with the possibility of up to five (5) matches for finalists.

Entry Fee:
U9-U10 (6v6): $500.00
U11-U12 (8v8): $550.00
U13-U19 (11v11): $650.00

Applications must be submitted online. Payment can be made via check or credit card. Teams will not be eligible for “acceptance” until the registration fee has been received. Any team not accepted will receive a full refund. Any team that withdraws after the application deadline of January 8, 2012 will not be eligible for a refund.
